How often do you use the Great Highway park?

What activities do you enjoy there?

Walking, running, being outside without worrying about cars.

Would you like the Great Highway to remain partially or totally closed to vehicles?

I don’t even drive anymore, but when I was driving I didn’t miss it that much. I love it how it is now. I wouldn’t want to change it. I’d be pretty upset if it went back to being fully a road. I’ve really gotten used to this.

I prefer this to driving on it, definitely

What does The Great Highway Park mean to you?

Especially living in the city, you’re really thankful for the places where you can connect with nature and be in nature. Even though there are houses right there, there’s sand and ice plants and the sky… Nice fresh air, no cars…
