How often do you use the Great Highway park?

I try and come out as often as I can… basically every day

What activities do you enjoy here?

I skate around… walk around. If I’m bodyboarding on the beach I’ll cruise around after a session.

Would you like the Great Highway to remain partially or totally closed to vehicles?

It’s nice having this whole thing closed for pedestrians… It brings a whole new vibe to the neighborhood. They have placed some speed bumps on La Playa, but I think there needs to be even more of an effort (for traffic management)

What does The Great Highway Park mean to you?

This is basically where I come to clear my mind. I view it as a sanctuary and release.
