I come to The Great Highway every day. I walk from Pacheco down to Lincoln -sometimes up to the Cliff House- and back.

You know the people who have cars around here, it might be a pain in the ass for them. If I have to get from Lincoln to the Zoo here.. I’m not happy… But get out of your car! (Laughs)

This is totally worth it. It’s like building a community that maybe didn’t seem like it before… You see little kids on scooters, (parents) are a football field away from their kid, but it’s ok, everyone feels good about it. Where else could that happen?
